Damien brings more than 30 years of experience across research and development, continuous improvement, marketing, and food manufacturing. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and delivering practical, value-added solutions that meet customer needs.
His leadership philosophy is founded on continuous improvement and a commitment to ensuring the right people are in the right roles, equipped with the tools, training, and support required to succeed. Damien believes that sustainable business growth is achieved through strong leadership, engaged employees, and a culture focused on accountability and results.
Recognising that long-term success comes from aligning organisational values with sustainable growth strategies, Damien leads with a customer-centric approach that empowers the Myosyn team to deliver innovative, technically based food solutions tailored to each customer’s unique requirements. His focus on collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence continues to strengthen Myosyn’s position as a trusted partner in the food industry.

With more than 30 years at MYOSYN Industries, Campbell is the operational backbone of our manufacturing team. His deep familiarity with our production processes, quality standards, and workforce means he brings an unmatched level of consistency and reliability to everything we do.
Campbell oversees day-to-day manufacturing operations, leading a dedicated team of production staff to ensure every batch meets our exacting standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. His hands-on approach and long-standing relationships within the team foster a workplace culture built on trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Denise Ford brings nearly 30 years of experience in business administration and finance. Denise began her career as Personal Assistant to the Dean of the Remote Area Training Unit at Northern Territory University in Katherine, Northern Territory. After relocating to Queensland, she gained valuable experience in a variety of administrative roles before joining Brice Australia as Administration Manager.
More than 18 years ago, Denise joined Myosyn Industries, where she has continued to develop and strengthen her administrative and financial expertise. Her dedication, leadership, and extensive industry knowledge have contributed to her progression into the Finance Manager position she holds today. Early in her career, Denise completed a Certificate III in Business Administration and a Certificate IV in Business, providing a strong foundation for her ongoing professional development.
Outside of work, Denise enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring new destinations through travel.
Grant brings over 35 years of experience spanning R&D chemistry, food technology, and product innovation across some of Australia’s leading food businesses. He began his career at George Weston Foods, progressing through roles in R&D, QA, and grain management over nearly 14 years, before spending 17 years as a Senior Product Development Scientist at Earlee Products — building deep expertise in formulation, meat technology, and organic chemistry.
Now leading product innovation at MYOSYN Industries, Grant combines his extensive technical background with a passion for developing cutting-edge ingredient solutions that improve product quality, performance, and sustainability for food manufacturers.
Iwona brings over 20 years of dedicated experience in food safety and quality assurance, with a career built across some of Brisbane’s most respected food manufacturing businesses. She spent more than 20 years at Earlee Products — progressing from Quality Assurance Officer to Quality Manager — before taking on a Quality and Food Safety Manager role at Kinrise. This breadth of experience has given her deep expertise in HACCP, SQF, allergen management, and food safety culture development.
Now leading quality assurance at MYOSYN Industries, Iwona combines her technical rigour with a people-first leadership philosophy, building teams that are accountable, engaged, and committed to the highest standards of food safety.
Yin joined MYOSYN Industries in early 2026, bringing fresh energy and a solid foundation in food science. Prior to joining the team, she completed an R&D internship at Primo Foods in Brisbane, where she gained hands-on exposure to food manufacturing processes.
At MYOSYN, Yin supports the quality assurance team through day-to-day sample testing, food safety system maintenance, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. She is passionate about applying technical knowledge to real-world manufacturing challenges and continuing to grow within the food ingredients industry.
