Behn Meyer made its debut at Food Ingredients China (FIC) 2026, held from 15–17 March 2026 at the National Exhibition and Convention Centre (NECC) in Shanghai. The event brought together over 20,000 food industry professionals, offering a platform to connect with manufacturers and explore the latest ingredient innovations.
Among the highlights of our participation was the showcase of Myosyn Industries’ Process Meat Solutions — integrated ingredient systems designed to improve yield, texture and overall product quality for meat processors. Alongside Myosyn, Behn Meyer partnered with global specialists including G.S. Dunn (Canada), Lionel Hitchen (England), Kutas Group and MK Enzym to present a curated range of solutions for the region’s food manufacturers.
Featured products at the exhibition included:
- Process Meat Solutions (Myosyn) — Integrated meat processing systems that improve yield, texture and product quality across poultry, beef and pork applications.
- Mustard Flour (G.S. Dunn) — A clean-label ingredient that improves flavour, binding and moisture retention.
- Herbs & Spices (Kutas) — Premium blends delivering authentic taste, aroma and visual appeal.
- Natural Flavouring (Lionel Hitchen) — High-impact natural flavour solutions for consistent sensory profiles.
- Enzymes (MK Enzym) — Functional enzyme systems that improve processing efficiency and texture.
- Nutri HQ1 (Nutrivo) — A targeted nutrition solution for enhanced product functionality.
The strong interest from visitors reinforced the growing demand for customised, performance-driven ingredient solutions in China’s food manufacturing sector. We look forward to building on these connections and supporting manufacturers across the region.
